State availability may vary based on:
- State law and applicable telehealth regulations
- Provider licensure status within the MD Integrations network
- Pharmacy fulfillment restrictions
- Medication availability and applicable prescribing regulations
Notice of Availability Changes
Existing patients actively enrolled in a Care Protocol will receive at least thirty (30) days’ advance notice via email before Welm discontinues service in their state, except where required by applicable law or regulatory directive to cease operations immediately. In such cases, Welm will notify affected patients as promptly as practicable and will issue prorated refunds for any subscription fees collected for periods in which no prescription product has yet shipped. Consistent with the Subscription & Refund Policy, prescription products are non-refundable once shipped.
Synchronous Consultation States
In the following states, applicable law requires a synchronous provider interaction before prescribing. Welm fulfills this through store-and-forward technology. See the Telehealth Consent for full details.

State-Specific Prescribing Notes
In Louisiana and Mississippi, GLP-1 medications may not be prescribed solely for the treatment of obesity. A qualifying metabolic diagnosis is required. Patients in these states will be evaluated individually by their Provider based on their full health profile. Eligibility is not guaranteed.
Patients should confirm eligibility prior to enrollment. Welm does not guarantee enrollment approval for any state.
Pharmacy Partners
Welm works with one or more licensed pharmacy partners to fulfill prescriptions prescribed by Providers operating through MD Integrations. Pharmacy partners may vary based on state law, medication availability, pharmacy licensure, inventory availability, and clinical appropriateness.
A current list of pharmacy partners is available on the Pharmacy Partners page. Welm may add or remove pharmacy partners at any time. Changes that materially affect an existing patient’s active Care Protocol will be communicated via email.
