Welm works with licensed pharmacy partners to fulfill prescriptions prescribed by Providers operating through the MD Integrations network. Pharmacy partners are licensed pharmacies operating in compliance with applicable state and federal law.

Pharmacy partners may vary based on state law, medication availability, inventory, pharmacy licensure, and clinical appropriateness.
Welm may add or remove pharmacy partners at any time. Changes that materially affect an existing patient’s active Care Protocol will be communicated via email. For questions about the pharmacy fulfilling your prescription, contact support@welmhealth.com.
