If a provider can’t treat you, you’re refunded in full.

Provider review
Complete your online intake. A licensed provider reviews it and decides whether treatment is appropriate.
A prescription isn’t guaranteed.
- 03
Ongoing care
If treatment is appropriate, your prescription goes to a partner pharmacy and ships to your home.
Message your provider through the patient portal.
