Talk to our care team
What is included?

A GLP-1 (Semaglutide or Tirzepatide) with vitamin B6, plus NAD+. One plan and one intake, reviewed together by a licensed provider. A licensed clinician reviews your intake and determines whether the combination is appropriate for you.

Can I choose Semaglutide or Tirzepatide?

Yes, as your preference. Both are once-weekly injections compounded with vitamin B6. Your provider reviews your history and confirms which is appropriate.

What’s the difference between Standard and Microdose?

Standard is the usual dose range, titrated by your provider over time. Microdose starts lower and is adjusted at your provider’s pace. Your provider confirms the dose after your intake.

What if my provider recommends a different medication or dose?

Nothing ships until a provider has reviewed your intake. If they recommend a different option, our care team goes over it with you first.

What are the billing options?

Quarterly billing charges every 3 months and costs less per month. Monthly billing charges every month. The price for your choices shows above before checkout, and you can cancel any time up to 7 days before a renewal.

How many intakes do I complete?

One. A single intake covers every treatment in your protocol, and the same provider reviews it all.

Is a prescription guaranteed?

No. A licensed clinician decides whether treatment is appropriate. Nothing ships before that review. If a provider cannot treat you, you receive a full refund.

Are compounded medications FDA-approved?

Compounded medications are not FDA-approved finished drug products and have not undergone FDA review for safety, effectiveness, or quality.
